Printing pages from a PC or Mac:

  • Open your Chrome browser.
  • Land on the web page that you want to print.
  • Click on the menu button (three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the window).
  • Click Print from the drop-down menu.
  • This step will open the Print dialog box.
  • Alternately, you can use the shortcut - Ctrl + P (for Windows users) or Command + P (for Mac users) to open the print dialog page.
  • If there is more than one printer connected to your PC, select the desired printer device.
  • However, you also have the option to select Save as PDF to save the print preview as a PDF.
  • At once, Google Chrome will print the entire web page.
  • If you want to print some of the pages, select Custom from the drop-down menu.

  • Once you have made the required changes, click the Print button.

Printing pages from Android devices:

  • First, make sure that your mobile device and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Open the Google Chrome browser.
  • Visit the desired webpage that you want to print.
  • Tap on the menu button (three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the screen).
  • From the drop-down menu, tap on the Share icon.
  • Look for the Print icon and tap on it.
  • Select the printer and modify the settings accordingly.
