PAPER JAM

Usually, in the Brother MFC-J995DW printer,a paper jam may occur in the front and back of the printer. To resolve this issue, carry out the troubleshooting instructions given below.

As soon as the paper jam message is displayed on your printer screen, restart the printer.
Check whether the same error message is displayed on the screen.
If yes, locate the jammed location and try to remove it.

If the printer prints the test page successfully, then it means the paper jam has been removed.

TONER RESET
