Though the toner cartridge lasts for a longer time, you need to replace the toner once it prints up to approximately 3000 pages. Here’s how to do it.

  • Start pressing the front cover release button to open the front cover.
  • Now, take out the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly.
  • Take the toner cartridge from the drum unit.
  • Unwrap the new toner cartridge package and remove all the protective materials from it. Try to clean the corona wire of the drum unit.
  • Insert the new toner cartridge into the drum unit. Place the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly back into the printer.

PRINTER OFFLINE

Sometimes, the printer might end up in an Offline error. Are you worried about it? Don’t worry. Refer to the simple steps given below.

  • On your Windows computer connected to the printer, press the Start menu.
  • Navigate to Control Panel and then click Hardware and Sounds.
  • Now, select Devices and Printers.
