  • Press the Settings icon on the printer's screen.
  • Now, press All Settings > Machine Information > Parts Life
  • Hold the Drum icon for some time.
  • Now, select Yes to reset the drum counter.
  • Finally, press the Home button. The drum counter is reset now.
